This is the moment that you should reserve for yourself. This is when you can rejuvenate and take a respite from all the goings-on in your relationship. Power up every once in a while - go away and having fun with other people.
Don't turn into a pleaser.
Go about your life and live your own standards. There's no need to adjust your beliefs just so you could go out with the guy. Do things for him but never overdo this act. Give him a chance to show his love for you as well.
