Why Is It So Important to Give a Man His Space? Learn Why It's Ultra Vital Before He Runs Away

Men are genetically built to go into panic mode once they think that their space is being encroached by their girlfriends or wives.

If you feel that you have met the man of your dreams then you should know why it is important to give a man his space so that you do not end up turning into his worst nightmare.

Men are territorial by design
Men are mentally built like guard-dogs and mark out their mental and physical territories as soon as they enter into a relationship.

Any move to encroach upon that physical or mental space will be met by swift rebuttal in the form of avoidance, fights or simply a run in the opposite direction.

Men need a break from their mothers
Most men feel that they have been mothered enough by their own mothers, right from birth to adulthood. They might want a break from their mothers.

If you enter your man's life and start mothering him again then you might simply end up interrupting his new-found freedom and your guy might react adversely to your innocent overtures.

Men have fragile egos
Although your man might not admit to it, but he might not want to look like a domesticated animal in front of friends and family.

He might thus want to project as if he is in control of the relationship and will surely demand his own space so as to retain that control at all times.

Men want to enjoy some time-off with their old buddies
Although your man might be very happy in the relationship, his manly genes will also make him miss those happy times with his old buddies.

You should remember to let him spend some time with his buddies so that he can unwind with them in his own prehistoric way.

Men want to believe that they are still free
Even if your man is committed to you in a relationship, he will still simply like to think that he is still free. You should humor him by allowing him to continue thinking that he is a free man provided he remains within limits.

Men hate nagging
Men hate nagging, period. Your man will start to cringe at first if you keep on reminding him about an incomplete chore, but if you continue nagging him then he will retaliate with harsh words or actions.

Your man will feel that nagging is an invasion of his personal space and will react adversely the minute you start repeating yourself.

If you love peace and hate war then give your man his space
On the other hand, your man will love you even more if you understand his need for space and respect those needs.

By allowing him some time off with his buddies, allowing him to watch his favorite game in peace or not nagging him in front of his friends, you will ensure that his love and respect for you keeps on growing with each passing day.

Men in a relationship are always on the edge and any action on your part to close the door after you once you enter into that relationship will be met with anger and panic.

Once you understand these above pointers and give your man that much-needed space, you will surely win him over for life.
